Do's and Don'ts
Participation in a technical workshop is required for the use of PreFiS® tools and fittings. Participation is confirmed by a certificate. This workshop can only be conducted by PreFiS®. Changes to this rule must be recorded in writing. PreFiS® accepts no liability for damage caused by improper use of PreFiS® tools or fittings.
In the case of a defect in materials supplied by PreFiS®, this defect must be communicated immediately to the PreFiS® team at info@prefis-fittings.com.
In the case of a complaint, PreFiS® will provide a complaint report to be completed and returned to the PreFiS® team at info@prefis-fittings.com.

Testing the tubes before processing
An inspection must be carried out: The tube surface must not show any scores / scratches (> 0.1 mm) or dents on / at the tube. The tube surface must be clean. If necessary, the tube must be machined before processing.
